Karumba Police Station Challenge Coin

There are many different elements that went into the Karumba Police Station Challenge Coin to make it special. 

The fish is front and centre of the design, to show one of the many activities the Karumba area has to offer. The background is an actual image to show the beautiful sunset of the area. The station number is also on the design and finally the red clay colour of the design is a nod to the red ground and is the first coin to use this colour as a backing to the QPS service logo. A fitting statement having the QPS as one with the land.

This is a great start to the QPS station series, highlighting police stations throughout the state that may not get the recognition a working station deserves. The proceeds from this coin will go to The National Breast Cancer Foundation.
